Chapter 52: Learn to Meow with Me

The next morning.

Since connecting eyes across the sky with the Elf Three Kings, Xili, Celebrian, and Rose seemed to have broken through a barrier, becoming even closer.

Early in the morning, they went out together, laughing and chatting, heading to the market in Turin City to purchase supplies, leaving Luo En alone in the empty house.

With nothing else to do, Luo En played a few rounds of the variant Gwent card game with the old man Gandalf in the courtyard. Then he wandered out to visit the library of Turin City to investigate the matter regarding the Fafnir brothers.

As he walked and paused along the way, taking in the scenery, Luo En couldn't help but marvel at the unique forging culture of the Dwarves.

Almost every household had a forge for crafting; the sounds of hammering raw embryos and quenching metals were incessant. From small farming and cooking utensils to large weapons and warships, all were produced in the workshops of the Dwarves.
