"Anna, do you want more?" Jordan asked softly, his voice filled with care as he watched the little girl nibble at her meal.
He noticed the way she hesitated for a moment before shaking her head, signaling that she was full.
In response, he nodded understandingly, watching with a fond expression as she reluctantly took the last bite of her meal.
"Uncle Jordan," Anna called out, her voice breaking the stillness of the moment.
Jordan responded with a soft murmur, acknowledging her, and then he watched as her curious eyes met his. She seemed to be deep in thought.
"Uncle Jordan, do you know when Mummy is going to come?" Anna asked, her voice tinged with genuine curiosity.
"I'm not sure yet, sweetie, but I'm sure she'll be here soon," Jordan replied with a reassuring smile. Then, his playful tone followed as he teased, "Don't tell me you're already missing your mother. Am I that boring?" He chuckled lightly.
