Part 54: Plantation Center

I ventured further into the medical laboratory, my steps leading me to a new, unexpected area: a plantation center. This place was teeming with life, but not the kind of life one would find in a typical greenhouse. The plants here were unlike any I had ever seen. They moved with a purpose, engaging in what appeared to be a fierce, intelligent battle for dominance.

Clusters of plants were divided into distinct groups, each fighting to overwhelm the others. Vines lashed out like whips, leaves slashed like blades, and roots coiled and strangled competitors. It was a mesmerizing, almost hypnotic sight, and I watched with a mixture of horror and fascination. As soon as they noticed my presence, the plants paused, as if acknowledging my intrusion. Their sudden stillness sent a shiver down my spine.
