Part 69: Mutiny Groups

As we ventured deeper, the path grew increasingly narrow, hemmed in by burned cars and heavy machinery. The remnants of a fierce battle littered the street, and a palpable tension filled the air. Captain Lee suddenly halted and muttered, “We took a wrong turn. This doesn’t feel right.” He crouched, gripping his machine gun tightly, scanning the surroundings with a wary eye. “Move back, hurry up,” he whispered urgently.

From the wreckage of a nearby building, a group of armed men emerged, brandishing an assortment of weapons. Captain Lee and the rest of us immediately took aim and fired, retreating quickly as the attackers pursued us with alarming determination.
