"When this is over, I'm gonna take a long vacation," Pete said, flexing his shoulders as they walked back to the conference room.

"Make those reservations for two," Rico replied, checking out the trending topics on his phone.

"I'm gonna need a little more time to decide, Reyes," he heard Jessi say from the office they were just walking past.

"I'll catch up to you, Pete, I just remembered something," he said, barely audibly.

"What?"

"Hmm?"

"You said you just remembered something. What's it about?"

"Oh," Rico scanned the hallway, but nothing came to mind because he was, at the same time, trying to listen in on the ongoing call conversation between Jessi and Reyes.

"Uhh, I'd tell you once I get to the conference room, I promise."

"What's up with your voice?"

"Too many questions, Pete. Now, go," he insisted, nudging him on.

"What I run is a home for loose screws, not a studio," Pete sighed, shaking his head as he walked away.
