The Gentleman's True Face

Aditi's face changed at his words, her heart skipping a beat as she stared at him with wide eyes, an ominous feeling of dread settling in.

This man...

Rao said nothing but instead shouted toward the door.

"Bring some wine for the girls."

As the girls remained still, the waitress entered with a tray of wine. The girls didn't miss the pitying glances she cast at them as she poured them each a glass, shaking her head once again before leaving the room.

"Now, drink the wine, will you?" Rao raised his eyebrows, his legs crossed elegantly.

"We have to refuse, Mister," Leila finally said, her gaze clear and firm.

Rao tilted his head at her, his gaze indifferent. "I don't think you have the right to refuse."

Leila scoffed in anger, finding this man unbelievable.

Indeed, you can't trust someone you meet online.

She grabbed Aditi's hand and stood up. "Then we have to bid you goodbye early."
