As I faced down the monster, a strange feeling washed over me, like something was horribly wrong with my vision.
With a deep breath, I blinked, When my eyes opened again, I found myself in a completely different world a vast, infinite library.
the monster was nowhere to be found and in its place an strong smell of old books and the soft glow of magical light sources.
I stood in awe watching the huge shelves filled with what appears to be memories and even the knowledge and secrets of this monster.
In that moment, I realized I had been transported not just to another place, but this monster mind library, where all this monster life is written down "now that's different" I say to myself aloud because it looks kinda empty in here...
As I walked through the library, I noticed a glowing crystal that seemed to emit an blue bright light.
Being the curious piece of shit I am, I tried to touch it, but my hand passed through it as if it were made of nothing.
As I turned away from the crystal, a chill ran down my spine, as the goddess appeared before me.
"You seriously need to stop doing that..." I swear to God, if this goddess was weaker I would beat the absolute shit out of her...and maybe have some intercourse because I'm only human (after all)
The goddess's stared at me in a steady gaze that seemed to stretch on for an eternity.
Her expression was that of an happy mother probably due to me using the powers she gave with such ease, I know I am fucking awesome.
Finally, breaking the silence, her voice rang out softly "You don't know what you are doing, do you?" Damn she is good at this...I look around and finally it hits me...HOW THE FUCK DO I EXIT THIS GOD FORBIDDEN PLACE
Caught off guard by her son of a bitch of an question, I couldn't help but respond with a chuckle "Honestly...hell nah."
My words came out looking kinda edgy, I cringe at myself (Hey I don't cringe at my self! Just shut the hell up and tell my history!)
The goddess calmly explained my mistake: I had entered the monster's memories because I used the memory library skill of the purple eye.
she instructed me that the next time I activate the purple eye I say an order to the target, pretty much an broken version of an mind control skill.
If I get sent to this library, I could manipulate the target memories stored in the vast archive, either rewriting them to change its behavior or removing memories by burning the corresponding books.
"Wow, well how do I exit this place ?" I ask genuinely curious as my situation seems brighter now
"Just imagine an door leading to the exit of this monster mind." She says in an sultry voice, this goddess is so sexy is driving me insane...
Either way I imagine the door and exit it, noticing that the monster is still in the same position the time I entered it's memories "so time doesn't flow huh"
A grin crossed my lips as I activated the purple eye, my eyes glow a little bit and I noticed that I don't have the need to blink.
"It's time! Kill Yourself!" I say just the first part, the actual order was sent in my imagination to experiment something and to my surprise I see the monster holding it's own head and pulling it out, falling down quickly not before showering the forest with dark thick blood.
