In a private chamber—more like a personal throne room—Ramachi Ōtsutsuki stood quietly near his bed, his eyes focused on something only he could see.

Behind him, Urashiki Ōtsutsuki stepped in and asked, "My Lord… why do you look so tense? Is something wrong?"

Ramashi didn't look back. His voice was calm but heavy. "Yes, Urashiki… there is."

"You've noticed by now, haven't you? My dōjutsu—my Black Rinne-Sharingan—it lets me see possible futures... of me, and of our entire race."

Urashiki gave a slight nod. "Yes, my Lord. I remember."

Ramashi turned his head a little. "Then you also know something's off. The visions—they're all… cloudy now. I can't see our future clearly anymore. Like it's being blocked... or rewritten."

Urashiki's face tightened. "Blocked? You mean, by someone stronger? Could it be... Lord Shibai?"

"Maybe," Ramashi said, folding his arms. "He's the only one who's absorbed chakra from nine galaxies. Last we knew, he was about to absorb the tenth. If anyone could distort fate, it's him."

"But… why would Lord Shibai do that to us?" Urashiki asked, a bit nervous. "We're his loyal followers. His people."

Ramashi sighed and looked at the stars through his chamber window. "That's what bothers me, Urashiki. If he truly wanted to erase us, he would've done it already. No one could've stopped him."

"Then… what do you think is really going on?" Urashiki asked.

"I don't know yet. But something's not right. That's why I gave everyone 100 years. I need time to figure this out."

Ramashi's voice got quieter. "The future of our race… feels uncertain. As if someone or something beyond even Shibai is interfering."

Urashiki stayed quiet, processing the weight of those words.

Ramashi clenched his fist. "If this continues, we may not be at the top for long."

And then, far away… on Earth,

In Konoha

Inside the Hokage Office,

two men were sitting across from each other—Hashirama Senju, the Shadow Hokage, and Madara Uchiha, the new First Hokages.

Yeah, weird, but true—both of them were technically the First Hokage, just with different titles now.

They were sitting at their desks when Sasuke Sarutobi stood in front of them. He looked serious, holding a long scroll with the Sarutobi Clan symbol on it.

He unrolled it slowly.

"Lord Hokages," Sasuke said, bowing slightly. "My name is Sarath Sarutobi. While I was out with my summon partner Enma, after the Nine-Tails Battle we just won… he gave me this scroll."

Madara raised an eyebrow. Hashirama leaned forward a bit.

"You mean Enma the Monkey King?" asked Hashirama.

"Yes," Sarath nodded. "He's the current holder of the Monkey King title, and he said this scroll has something important—something about the Bijuu."

He paused, took a breath, then continued reading from the scroll.

"It says there were once ten-tailed beasts, one massive creature. But the Sage of Six Paths split it into nine different tailed beasts. That's how we got the Nine-Tails, Eight-Tails, and so on."

Madara and Hashirama exchanged looks. This wasn't new info—but hearing it from a different source was something else.

Sarath kept going. "According to the scroll, if all nine Bijuu are brought together again, they'll become the Ten-Tails once more."

He gently placed the scroll on the desk between them.

Madara picked it up, slowly scanning it. Hashirama read it over his shoulder.

Both of them thought the same thing at the exact same time.

"So it's not just our legends anymore. There's more proof now. What Arata found earlier… it matches this too."

They both went quiet for a moment, the weight of the truth starting to sink in.

Hashirama finally spoke. "If someone's trying to gather the Bijuu… we could be looking at a second Ten-Tails revival."

Madara sighed. "Tch. Just when I thought the world was finally at peace…"

Sasuke Sarutobi stood firm, his eyes serious. "I'll investigate more. If someone's after the Bijuu… we need to know before it's too late."

Hashirama smiled slightly. "Good job, Sarath. You've done well."

Madara just gave a small nod. "Stay sharp."

"Now you can go back, Sasuke Sarutobi," adara said, leaning back in his chair.

"If anything happens, we'll call you."

"Yes, Lord Hokages," Sasuke said with a bow, then left the Hokage office quietly.

Now, only Madara and Hashirama remained.

There was a heavy silence for a few seconds. Hashirama broke it.

"Madara… what do you think?" he asked, his voice low.

"That black thing—the one that summoned the Nine-Tails—if it summons the rest of the tailed beasts… all eight of them… do we have any real way to stop it?"

Madara looked thoughtful. He stared out the window at the village below.

"If the tailed beasts appear one by one," he said, "either you or I can take care of them. Easy."

"But if eight of them show up at the same time? That's not going to be simple. We'd need both of us… and Arata too."

He sighed.

"They're not mindless beasts, Hashirama. They're sentient. They've got thousands of years of knowledge and chakra inside them."

Madara's eyes narrowed.

"And the Nine-Tails… during that last battle, I felt something strange. My Sharingan picked up on it."

"What do you mean?" Hashirama asked.

"It wasn't acting on its own. It was being controlled. But not like genjutsu. Something deeper… something I couldn't see clearly. That worries me."

He crossed his arms and leaned forward.

"If all the tailed beasts get summoned at once—in the middle of Konoha? In a village full of civilians and young genin?"

Madara shook his head.

"Yeah, we can beat them. No doubt. Even eight at once. But the destruction… the lives lost… it'll be worse than any war we've fought."

Hashirama nodded slowly.

"And neither of us has awakened the Rinnegan fully. You and I got the Eternal Mangekyo. I had a brief Rinnegan awakening, but I can't use it properly yet."

Madara looked serious.

"We need a plan. Something solid."

"You're right," Hashirama said, folding his arms. "We can't let that thing summon the tailed beasts inside Konoha."

"We need countermeasures. Seals, defenses, teams ready at all times."

Madara nodded, then added, "But the biggest problem is—we don't even know where that being is. It's like he's right under our noses, hiding."

Hashirama let out a long breath. "I've been thinking of something… but I don't know if it's the best move."

Madara turned to him. "Let's hear it."

"I want to call in Izuna and Tobirama. Both of them are smart. Their intel and strategies could help us fill in the gaps. I want to hear their opinions before we decide anything."

Madara raised an eyebrow, but nodded. "Fine. I trust Izuna. And I guess Tobirama's not bad either," he said with a small smirk.

Hashirama smiled a bit too, but then turned serious again.

"Even though we created Konohagakure, the other villages saw us and started doing the same."

"Yeah," Madara said. "The Sand Village, Cloud Village, Stone Village, and Mist Village. They copied our model. But now they're all fighting each other constantly."

"Exactly," Hashirama said. "And most of them sit inside the Land of Fire, our territory. We've got the Daimyo under our control. Not to mention, we have land, forests, and fertile ground. All the resources they want."

Madara leaned back, his eyes narrowing.

"So you're saying… their fighting might come to our borders. Or worse, inside them."

"Yes," Hashirama said. "And if this mysterious being uses that chaos to summon the tailed beasts…"

"…We'll be in more trouble than ever," Madara finished for him
