Akainu Upset

"I told you that you talk too much," said Hashirama with a disdainful smile, observing the remains of his former rival. A chill ran through the marines and civilians witnessing the scene, the sepulchral silence only broken by some sobs.

"Noo!", a heart-wrenching cry broke the silence, resonating across the battlefield. A civilian woman, her face bathed in tears, refused to accept the cruel reality.

"How is this possible?...", murmured the marines, their voices laden with incredulity and despair. Sengoku's death signified the end of an era, the fall of a symbol of justice and hope.

Buzz* A series of exclamations filled the air as the marines and civilians on the warship's deck watched with horror and disbelief. The image of Sengoku's golden torso was macabre.

"..." Among the crowd, King was the only person who seemed to remain calm. Having observed the battle in its entirety, he knew this outcome was inevitable.

"King, we're leaving!", ordered Hashirama without paying attention to Sengoku's remains.

"Understood, Lord Hashirama!", responded King with a bow.

"Do you want to get rid of those Warships?", asked King cautiously, pointing towards the marines still at sea.

"Don't worry about them," replied Hashirama with disdain. "Silencing the witnesses risks erasing crucial parts of history, distorting the understanding of the past. Allowing them to observe and recount what happened is part of my plan."

After saying this, under King's astonished gaze, figures identical to Hashirama began to emerge from the ground throughout Marineford. These wooden clones approached Hashirama and handed him several scrolls.

Once Hashirama took the scrolls, the clones turned into smoke and disappeared.

"Huh?", King opened his eyes in amazement. "Isn't this the Ninjutsu that the Ninjas in Wano use?"

"Don't you dare compare those useless ones to me!", responded Hashirama with a disdainful look.

During his conquest of Wano, he had had the opportunity to face those who called themselves ninjas and found them to be nothing more than untalented imitators.

As for the scrolls, they contained things found in Marineford. He planned to use this in the near future.

With a satisfied smile on his face, Hashirama's body, despite being covered in blood, vanished into the air, heading towards the Sabaody Archipelago.

King, his entire body covered in sweat from Hashirama's reprimand, followed him silently, his wings beating forcefully in an attempt not to fall behind.

"Sigh… They are gone," murmured a marine on the warship. "We are saved," added another with a trembling voice. A sigh of relief spread across the deck, and some could not contain tears of joy.

Originally, after Inspector Sengoku's death, everyone thought they were doomed.

But it seems that Man and King had no intention of doing anything to them at all, as if they considered them less than dust.

"Wait a minute...", Drake suddenly exclaimed, recovering from his state of shock. He wiped the cold sweat from his forehead and said urgently: "Quick, bring the Den Den Mushi! We have to report quickly to Headquarters."

Due to the terrible fear he had experienced, he had completely forgotten his duty to report. Now, with a cooler head, he knew it was crucial to communicate the defeat to his superiors.

New World, New Marineford. Fleet Admiral's Office.

Akainu was seated at his imposing desk, submerged in a mountain of paperwork. Sunlight filtered through the large windows, illuminating his serious and battle-hardened face.

With the birth of the new Emperors, the incident at the Levely, and the death of Tokikake, his agenda had been filled with urgent tasks. Between reports, strategies, and meetings, rest was a luxury he could not afford.

"Sigh," murmured Akainu, rubbing his temples in exhaustion. He couldn't remember the last time he could enjoy a moment of peace.

Putting aside a document he had been reviewing, Akainu stood up from his seat, stretching his arms stiff from work. He felt exhausted, but he knew he still had much to do.

"I hope Kizaru can gather some useful information in West Blue!" he thought out loud.

"Purupurpuru..." At that precise moment, just as Akainu was about to leave his office, a familiar sound interrupted his silence. The Den Den Mushi on the desk began to ring insistently.

"Damn it...", muttered Akainu with a tone of annoyance. He approached the desk with heavy steps and picked up the phone's receiver.

"Gotcha… Sakazuki speaking," he said in a firm and authoritative voice.

"Mr. Sakazuki, something very serious has happened!," Drake's urgent and trembling voice echoed from the other end of the line. "Marineford was attacked!! Drake, unable to contain his anguish, exclaimed: "And Inspector Sengoku... was killed and Marineford was destroyed!".

Drake's words hit Akainu like a wave of ice. He remained silent for a moment, processing the terrible information he had just received.

"What?!", exclaimed Akainu, his voice laden with incredulity and fury. Marineford destroyed? Sengoku dead?

The news struck him like lightning.
