Chapter 4: The Wrongdoer Complains First

"Who did this? Stand out now." Gu Xiaoxi slammed her phone onto the table with a smack. The violent noise echoed in every corner of the room.

"We really didn't! No one touched it!" Zheng Tongtong shivered with fear, hurriedly shaking her head too. Especially the cold look in Gu Xiaoxi's eyes, as if emanating a murderous aura from her entire body, made them feel like they had thorns in their backs.

Gu Xiaoxi didn't believe it for a second. The phone had been safe in her bag, so how could it be shattered by itself?

"Not talking, huh!" Gu Xiaoxi didn't need to guess to know who it was.

Just then, Qin Weiwei swaggered in with another woman.

As Gu Xiaoxi looked up, she heard Qin Weiwei say to the woman, "Sister Xiao, I came to you for justice. Look, her phone is shattered and she's blaming me, even spilling water on my bed."

Gu Xiaoxi couldn't help but laugh angrily, clenching her fists — she was good at playing the victim first.
