Lucca's hand was now firmly grasping Cassie's cold little hand, the man smiled as if he was channeling energy into Cassie's body.

Cassie still stood still, her eyes turned to that strong hand. For some reason, Cassie felt comfortable with that grip.

Walking with each other's hands clasped together and not sure of the direction made Cassie feel not lonely anymore. Would this feeling remain until someday?

The two pairs of feet that were walking silently stopped right at a deserted intersection.

The traffic sign showed red, and even though the street was quiet they still didn't want to break the rules that might endanger their lives.

"Are you free today?" said Lucca after they had been holding hands and walking for many kilometers.

Cassie looked at the face of the handsome man beside her, "a...um...I have to go to the office sir" Cassie replied quietly a little nervously.

"You don't have to go to the office. Instead, accompany me today."

The beach this afternoon
