CHAPTER 100 I Can't Stay With This Pack Any Longer

  "I want to put an end to my suffering, and it's crucial that you allow me to do so," I declared. "I simply desire to live my peaceful life in solitude-"

  "What could possibly be the issue with that?" she interrupted me, her desperation palpable. Her gaze towards me and Xander was intense, as if she had a deep understanding of our situation, and it unsettled me.

  Xander's gaze remains fixed on me.

  "I suppose that's all," I chuckled. "You guys are finally giving me the freedom to leave." I added as I stroll away from them, making my way down to the pack's first floor. I quickly notice Viola, her eyes widening as she catches sight of me.

  "Solaine!" she exclaimed with joy. "Where are you headed?" she inquired.

  I gaze downward, overwhelmed by the melancholy realization that once I part ways with her, our paths may never cross again.

  "I can't stay with this pack any longer," I informed her. I witnessed the gradual disappearance of joy from her eyes.
