"What?!"
"Yeah," I said, my expression serious.
"You're joking right?" She asked me.
"Nope, I'm damn serious," I said. "Let's get married."

　　I closed my eyes as I was pissed by her decision which she clearly didn't tell me about. I opened my eyes and smiled at him.


　　"Sure, it's fine. Come on in." I said, moving away so that he could enter my apartment."


　　Liam walked into my apartment, his eyes scanning the room. He turned to me and said, "Your place is beautiful. You have great taste."


　　"Thank you. I'm glad you like it. Please make yourself at home. Can I offer you a drink?" I asked, wanting to be a good host.


　　"Sure, that would be great. Thanks." Liam said, sitting down on the couch.


　　I walked over to the kitchen and got a couple of glasses and filled them with water. As I was doing that, I was wondering why Liam was here.
