"Thank you for joining us today, on this somber occasion." Lucien's powerful voice boomedfrom the microphone below his lips.

The pack in front of him immediately quieted and thepouring rain trickled out to a drizzle.I stood by Lucien, scanning the crowd in front of us.

My shoulders trembled, and I couldn't stopthe tears from my eyes at the sight of two coffins that shouldn't have been there.

A few of the wolves snarled, lifting their heads, theirboiling eyes gleaming."The rogue's need to pay for their deaths!" A large wolf in the front roared.
