CHAPTER 36 Great Luna

  Wren's POV

Zara and I left quickly to go speak with this woman. On the way there, Zara told me that her friend still maintained her rogue status and had not joined any pack, which made me more interested in finding out why she would prefer to be a rogue. It was unheard of.

Zara's friend owned a coffee shop on the busiest street in the city center, which I had heard of before. We arrived at the coffee shop before noon.

I was shocked when I saw the storefront because my mother loved to come here for coffee, and I occasionally came along. So, I was familiar with the shop owner.

The shop owner was a beautiful woman with black hair and big, beautiful eyes. Her name was Corris. We walked in, and the bell on the door rang. The server at the front desk smiled and asked, "What can I get you?"

"Two cups of coffee, and please bring your boss," Zara said.

"You got it," the server responded with a wink.
