CHAPTER 62: Regret

Nate put the last flower in Clerophine's Coffin and watched the three men bury the coffin; he took a deep breath and remembered all their happy memories when they were both children. They had many good times back then, and now those good-time memories will only last in Nate's memory as Clerophine is already dead.

Nate couldn't imagine that Clerophine could do such a thing. He knows that Clerophine only

wants love, but he guessed no one gave it to her, and he is so sorry, knowing that he was one of those people who didn't provide them with the love she wanted.

"I'm now happy, knowing she took her own life before me because she's scared of going to jail." Nate looks at Celestine, who has no emotion on her face while watching the man bury Clerophine's coffin.

"She deserves to die after what she has done to your father," Celestine added. Nate keeps silent, knowing his mother is still hurting even though she said his words.
