CHAPTER 41 Surgery

  Lucas's POV

Olivia was still bleeding, and her temperature was getting lower and lower. She slept quietly in my arms, pale and lifeless.

I gritted my teeth, and the anger inside me suddenly erupted at this moment.

The weak signal from the cat's eye stone was still pulsating gently, which was probably my only comfort now.

I took her to the nearest hospital as quickly as possible and did my best to suppress my anger, shouting loudly, "Doctor!"

"Alpha Lucas?" The nurse at the front desk stood up when she saw us. "Oh my god, Miss Olivia!"

Soon, several other nurses rushed over with a transport bed, and I put Olivia on it. She still slept quietly with her eyes closed.

The nurses immediately pushed the bed towards the operating room.

I stood stiffly in place, and my hands gradually became cold. Most of the bloodstains on my body had dried up, but I seemed to still be able to smell the strong scent of blood, just like when I had just arrived in the woods.
