  We made our way to a part of the hut I thought was safe, my heart heavy with grief and fear but also fueled by a determination to protect my son at all costs. We were being driven away from our once cozy home. I made a promise to Nonna and myself: I would uncover the truth behind her death and seek justice for her and for our family.

  In those uncertain moments, my thoughts turned to Eden. He might hold the answers I needed—the key to unraveling the mystery that now surrounded us. I knew it wouldn't be easy to reach out to him after all this time, but for the sake of my son and Nonna's memory, I had to try.
