　　Since Derek came back into my life, I felt calmer. I had thought I would have to endure a life in Seattle feeling lonely, but seeing him at the airport changed everything.


　　I knew Stefan wasn't thrilled about Derek's presence. Stefan knew we had ended our relationship, and I could sense his happiness about it. But when his brother traveled with us, his joy faded.
