  "I wish you'd rot in hell," I seethed, finding myself unable to utter any other words than that- I was just speechless to say the least- I really was.

  "If only I could find you there."

  "You won't."

  "Why? Because you think you'll be in heaven? There's hardly any chance for that," Devon quipped, amused.

  God! I hated them.

  I fucking hated them!!!

  "And what, pray tell, are you? God's messenger incarnate? Oh, forgive me, I must have missed the memo- you're Jesus's right-hand man, the possessor of holy hands who's now so conveniently decided to lay them on his stepsister," I shot back, sarcasm dripping from my words.

  "Correction- Mate."

  "Still doesn't change the fact that your father married my mom and they might soon have a baby, give us another sibling. Happy little family that you always supported, aren't I right?"
