Alexa felt dizzy when she opened her eyes for the second time. Pain immediately hit her body when Alexa suddenly tried to move her legs.

Alexa's eyes stared at the ceiling of the strange room she lived in. Her brows furrowed as she recalled the last moments before her consciousness slipped away.

"Are you awake? How are you?"

Alexa turned warily when Lisa entered the room with a glass of milk and bread in her hand. Alexa clearly remembered Lisa looking at her coldly at that time, with the gun that the woman was pointing at her.

Seeing Alexa, who had turned wary of her, Lisa took a deep breath. She kept the milk and bread she bought on the bedroom table before sitting quietly next to Alexa's bed.
