Change of the Tide

Pike and his men split and set up traps in the hallways leading to the two entrances outside, then stood still, waiting for the enemy. The three army commander generals led special elite soldiers called Specter Corps. Each Corp was equipped with military combat suits housing Sapience 3 military-grade artificial intelligence. They were the kingdom’s second deadliest force, outranked only by the Carnage Bots, with the Vanguards trailing behind.

Stacy commanded about a hundred Specter Corps, identified as K1 to K100. While the Corps, aided by Vanguards, surrounded the base, five Specter Corps infiltrated the sanctuary. Using long-range thermal sensors, they pinpointed where Pike and his men were hiding in ambush. Deploying a nerve gas agent, they knocked out Pike and his men before they could even react. Moving further, they reached the main hall where Darius and the rest of the resistance army were gathered.
