CHAPTER 103

Cheng Xiao tried to use her legs to get him off her, but Xu Kai grabbed one of her leg with his free hand and came in between her. Cheng Xiao had never felt so frightened before and tears started to form in her eyes.

Xu Kai's lips went to her neck and started to kiss down on her neck, when he felt a tear on his cheek. Xu Kai lifted his head and found her crying. 

"Please stop!" She cried out.

Xu Kai was filled with immediate regret and freed her hands from his grip. 

"Cheng Xiao, I am so sorry." Xu Kai apologized and tried to touch her.

When Cheng Xiao saw his hand coming, she moved backwards. She sat at the head of the bed clutching the blanket tightly and hugging her knees. She cried as she backed away from him.

"Cheng Xiao, I am sorry. I don't know what came over me." Xu Kai apologized but Cheng Xiao looked away.

The last she wanted right now was being in the same room as him, never mind sharing a bed with him. Cheng Xiao didn't know if she could trust him again, what if he didn't stop, was her first time with a man going to end up like that. 

Xu Kai watched as she cried and sat on the corner of the bed. He looked around the room and saw the broken phone which he had thrown on the floor in a fit of anger. At this moment there was just regret in his heart. 

Now they would be back to square one, if not worse. With his actions today, he didn't know if Cheng Xiao will ever decide to forgive him. Even if she did forgive him, how could he forgive himself for what he almost did.

Cheng Xiao looked at him and hugged the blanket closer and buried her head in her knees. Xu Kai stood up and left the room, he went down and took the keys to his car and left the villa. 

Xu Kai walked into the store and asked at the counter for the assistant to give the latest phone. He bought the phone, phone case and everything needed. Once he had everything, he need he went out and went back home.

When Xu Kai walked back into the room, he found Cheng Xiao in the same place he left her, but now she was not crying. Cheng Xiao sat there staring into space, when she heard the door open, she turned her head to look, when she saw Xu Kai, she turned her head and looked ahead. 

"I got you a new phone." He said coming and sat on the edge of the bed. 

"No need, I don't know the price I will pay for this." Cheng Xiao refused with sarcasm. 

"Cheng Xiao!" Xu Kai called out to her.

"I will sleep on the couch today." She said standing up from the bed.

"No, you sleep on the bed. I will sleep on the couch." Xu Kai said stopping her. 

"Suit yourself." Cheng Xiao said laid down on the bed. 

"The phone!" He said softly handing it to her.

Cheng Xiao took the phone and tossed it next to her and ignored him.
