The wolf

After leaving the palace grounds, she walked to the forest area with Xania talking to her and keeping her company, explaining a few things about how she can maintain control over herself in case something went wrong, since he knew she had no one to teach her these things so he decided to do it, because her abilities would be no less than strong and any wrong move can cause trouble.

Upon arrival, Violet looked around, since she knew that at times, there tended to be magical beasts in the forest, roaming and did not want to encounter any of them at the moment, because they are hard to handle as well as tame.

She exhaled deeply and Xania looked at her and his eyes narrowed as he looked at the forest, for he could sense the energy of different types of creatures coming from within, some dangerous, while some were not and it was indeed the perfect place for her to train.

The area had an energy balance, one with just the right amount of resources to help her improve and better understand her current abilities as well as test her limits to see how far she was currently at and how much further she could go.

Xania nodded and told her to enter the forest and she sighed then stepped inside and her eyes widened as she felt a rush of energy came to her and she could hear the many different types of sounds, given off from the other creatures that were in the forest and she smiled a little since, they sound melodious, merged together and Xania chuckled when he saw her expression, knowing she was not expecting that.

She went further in and she saw a few creatures pass by her, but none showed any hostility or tried to harm her in any way for entering their territory without permission.

After a little while of walking, she came to an opening where she gasped upon seeing a large wolf in front of her, one which was black, with white and gold stripes and had piercing gold eyes and she left staring at the creature, who was standing directly in front of her and she swallowed as Xania floated beside her.

The creature growled so hard that she could heard the rumble in its chest and she took a deep breath then looked up at it, directly in its eyes with an unwavering gaze and Xania's eyes darted between the two of them.

The wolf took a step closer to Violet, testing her resilience with its intimidating presence and despite the fact that the creature literally towered over her, she held its gaze with an unwavering gaze of her own, which even caught the wolf off guard, since most would either try to control it, kill it or maybe even tame it, but she was not backing off and was pushing it instead and upon seeing the curiosity on the wolf's eyes, Xania chuckled and stayed back.

"This should be interesting," He said and the wolf never broke eye contact with her, for it was a test of will and Xania was enjoying his view and sat down on the wolf's back, since they were both magical beings and the creature was too focused on Violet at the time.

Violet reached out her right hand slowly, almost subconsciously and gently rested it against the wolf's forehead and the creature flinched as its s eyes widened and it broke eye contact with her and glanced up at her hand on its forehead and she smiled a little.

"It's speachless," Xania chimed in with a chuckle and Violet chuckled as well.

[The wolf is known as a Vonhin, they are the volved version of a dire wolf and they are quite rare.]

"They are one of a kind, strong, loyal, they are the combination of many traits and will only ever serve one master in their entire lifetime," Xania said and Violet glanced at him as the wolf was staring at her.

"Hello, I mean no harm," She said to the wolf and its eyes glowed as a gold marking appeared under her palm which was on its forehead.

[Beast taming, unlocked.]

[The marking is a permission from the creature to accept you as its master, a permission to tie the contract to the beast tamer.]

"How is that right? No one in my family has that ability, I really have the beast taming ability?" She asked and Xania glanced at her then at the marking on the creature's forehead.

"It would seem so, it's not impossible to gain something different, well you have a lot more things about you that we do not know about as yet and with time, they will be revealed, this is one of those many things kiddo," Xania responded as he looked at her and nodded.

She took a deep breath and her eyes began glowing slight purple and the wolf's reflection appeared in her eyes and a large purple magical circle appeared under the creature.

A chain came up from the circle and attached itself to the marking on the creature's forehead and the virtual screen appeared in front of her eyes and she looked at it.

[To complete the binding process to you, you need to give the creature a name, that's the only way for you to become its master.]

"Name...." She mumbled as she examined the creature, thinking of a name that would fit it perfectly, since this could not change after it's chosen.

"Inco... That's the name I give him, it means, death, beauty and strength," She said and her reflection appeared in the wolfs eyes and the name appeared on the screen before it disappeared and the magical markings began glowing and the wolf's body glowed white mixed with a dark hue and it howled louldy, accpeting her as his master.

Xania smiled and the chain disappeared as well as the magical circle and the mark on its forehead and Inco turned to her then bowed its head.

"Master," Inco said and her eyes widened as did Xania's.

"Y- You can talk!" Both of them exclaimed as Inco stared at them and they stared at him dumfounded.
