Destiny's POV

"Red, what are you doing here?" I asked after I found him leaning on the bus stop's post. I was late for the six a.m. schedule; the next trip would be in fifteen minutes, and no one except us was in the waiting shed.

"You told me last night you didn't want me to drive you to your work, and you will be riding the bus. I am taking the bus with you." He answered with a wink, which flustered my face.

It was almost a twenty-minute walk from the farmhouse to the bus stop, and I could feel the sweat running down my cheeks. And I felt like I was in seventh heaven when he wiped the sweat on my face with his handkerchief, and I couldn't stop giggling as I swatted his hand.

"You are the most incorrigible person I know," I murmured, trying to hide my excitement.
