While Valmus was tempering himself Hevar the Old man was currently in his study where the representatives of The Tribunal Council were attentively listening to his report.

Hevar was not one to blindly trust people, he had his fair share of means to discern truth from lies, and from his brief conversation with Valmus he noticed that Valmus from the start to finish did not utter a single lie.

Hevar's eyes were special, he was one who could see the strings of fate and at a cost could actively tamper with the Tapestry.

With his fate eyes he could See Valmus' fate bound to the Primordials and not just one but a variety of them and was the reason he labeled him the scion of Primordials.
