THE DAMSEL GREETS PORTOS

Evelyn and Giselle continued with their sightseeing.

They visited every shop and eatery that piqued their interest. And on their every visit, Evelyn would commit the same clumsy act she made at the sweep shop which worried Giselle.

Evelyn would drop her coin pouch again, or threw all her gold coins on the table in public to count her money, or even leaving her coin pouch in the open.

The more Evelyn committed these clumsiness, the more dumbfounded Giselle came to be. The maid wondered what made her mistress this reckless.

The two eventually ended up enjoying some dessert at a shop on the city's seaside boulevard.

While they were feasting on the sweet dish, Giselle leaned in on Evelyn.

"My lady, I believe it's time for us to find an inn."

"Why? Don't you want to sightsee a little longer?" asked Evelyn.

Giselle immediately grabbed her lady's hand and spoke to her in a cautious tone.
