The half dwarf on the other hand was busy discussing something more pressing with Evelyn.

"20 Improved Crossbows before the Ninth Month. Additional 30 units by the Tenth Month. And another additional 50 units before the Twelfth Month." said Alfred as he read the deadlines Evelyn provided. "Dear Einsof! There are only two weeks left before the Eighth Month is over!"

"You did say it won't take you much time." said Evelyn. "And I do need for these weapons to be ready before my next expedition."

"When will your next expedition take place, my lady?"

"At the rates of Duke Shaughnessy's forces are going, I'm guessing by sometime at the beginning of the Twelfth Month."
