"Did you find her?" David picked up the call and asked his assistant. It had been two hours since he had woken up. He had thought he would feel better once that ugly woman would not be in front of him, but her words lingered in his mind and he felt nothing but irritation.
"Yes, sir. Miss Nora is on her way home. but.." David snorted and cut the call.
"So much drama for nothing!" he scoffed and stood up. After taking a good bath, he felt the headache subsiding. When he walked to the dinning room for breakfast, he was not surprised to see only Agatha serving him.
"Where is she?
"Madam is in her room. Shall I call her?" Agatha did not raise her head or show she knew something. That was why she had survived in the house for so long.
"Tell her that Nora will be here anytime. She did not need to worry." before he could say further. They heard the sound of the car and he smirked.
