"Levi?" I barked into the receiver, my voice betraying a mix of anticipation and dread.

"We've made it, Lucius," Levi's voice crackled through, tinged with relief. "Mira and I are in the west. No problems at all."

I let out a breath I didn't realize I'd been holding, feeling some of the tension leave my body. "And Mira? Is she safe?"

"Safe and sound at Eldritch Academy," Levi assured me, his tone confident. "I'll be keeping a close eye on things here, ready to handle any trouble that might crop up. You don't need to worry about this end, Lucius. We've got it covered."

"Good work," I said, allowing myself a small smile. "Keep me updated on any developments, no matter how small. We can't afford to overlook anything right now."

"Understood," Levi replied. "Take care, Lucius. I'll be in touch."
