The place was a sea of hopeful youngsters with a 80/20 split for the women. It was youthful supermodel adventurer wannabes as far as Gray's eyes could see. 

They were all waiting for professionally sexy attendants to call their numbers so they could head into the Lust Awakening Chambers in the back. 

'This is just like the Cultivation Pavilion back then!' 

Just like it, and yet he felt his blood boil! This Lust Power seemed even more OP than cultivation! To say he wasn't curious as hell would have been a freaking lie! 

But just as he was patiently waiting for his turn… 

"Brother, can I get your number?" 

A cute girl tugged at the hem of his shirt, her upturned eyes raised gently. Had she seen him with Little Red? The latter was still outside beating paparazzi but maybe— 

"Mind if I go first? You're a man, so you'll fail anyway." 

Wait, his queue number?! Even now she was smiling so radiantly. And as for the others nearby, a few sighed, but all the ladies present simply shook their heads as if that was normal. 

— Ignored! — 

Gray returned to his daydreaming. 

"You bastard, are you ignoring me?!" 

"Do you know who I am?! I'm Lydia Hell-tide!"

"Hey, look at me, useless man! Don't you dare—"

And that's when it happened. A Red-Haired terminator, obviously Little Red but now wearing a long cloak, flashed behind the offender and threw her across the room! 

— CRASH!! CRASH! CRASH! — 

Two rebounds, wow! But just as Gray was enjoying the sight of an arrogant lady extirpating herself from a wall, her entire body shivering, Little Red continued. 

"How is it? Are you stressed?" 

"Nope! Can't wait to be inside!" 

"Inside the room or the receptionists?" 

But suddenly a fat youngster nearby cried out: 

"BOTH! Freaking both! Brother, let me tell you: perform well in the Awakening and you can leave with flowers under each arms! That's what Deathless did, he… D-DEATHLESS?!" 

The youngster suddenly turned ashen, all the fat on his body jiggling like crazy as he stared at the entrance shellshocked, but so did the entirety of the Lust Awakening Hall! 

A dark and Ethereal Specter! 

Two glowing yellow eyes. 

And a confident grin! 

"D-Deathless?! What's a bigshot like that—"

The lines of youngsters turned into messy curves, the attendants gasped like goldfishes, and the atmosphere turned deathly silent. 

— Tap! Tap! Tap! Tap! — 

And as a certain Specter walked to Gray… 

What?! He was heading to the youngster?! A man no less?! But then a second later it got worse as Little Red moved to intercept, her hood falling.

The atmosphere was so tense that a single wrong word and the entire Lust Awakening Hall would explode! No, perhaps even the City itself would suffer at this rate! But then... 

"Little Red, Black & Yellow, stand down, both of you!" 

Gray's annoyed voice shattered the tense atmosphere. First came shock, then incomprehension, then countless gazes were exchanged at the speed of light!

'Who the fuck is that?!' 

'That kid's gonna die for sure!' 

'Little Red? Is that a freaking pet name?' 

'Is Deathless the black and yellow then?'

'I see it now! Still, this guy's so damn crazy!' 

But then the crowd went wild as the two actually stood down and separated?! They were all stunned speechless, well all except one clueless girl coming out of a Lust Awakening Room: 

"Hehe, guys I did it! I'm a B-Tier Ranker! I even got myself some neat water magic, I'm gonna make my enemies so wet they'll drown in Lust and… G-guys?! What's happening?!" 

All eyes rested on Gray. If he took offense right now, oh god! And yet all he did was quietly walk toward the counter, addressing the shivering attendant behind. 

"Excuse me, miss, what's the next number?"

"T-That… It's twenty four, Sir!"

"You mean 42, right?" 

Forty two?! It was clearly— Ah wait, was that HIS number?! The poor girl started nodding so much she looked like a head banging metal fan! 

"Great, guess it's my turn then! Wish, me luck you guys!!!" 

As Gray waved at the crowd, they suddenly felt chills deep down their souls. "YES!" "Take Care!" "Good luck Sir!" "You'll crush it for sure!" "We love you!" 

Those guys, did they take him for Kim Jung-Un or something?! Chuckling, Gray disappeared inside the Lust Awakening Room.

It was a white room, that somehow looked pink thanks to all the Lust Energy present in it. As soon as Gray entered, he felt it. This thing was POWERFUL! 

"So this is it, eh? Let's see what kind of blessing you'll give me, you bodacious goddess. Ah, is it this thing?" In the middle, there was a kneeling goddess statue?! 

"Goddammit, whoever designed this thing's seriously perverted!" 

A body so full it seemed about to burst, kneeling in prayer before him, and an open mouth that seemed incredibly inviting, as if it couldn't wait to taste his blood. 

"Here, drink your fill, and give me a strong blessing!" 

Gray pricked his finger, and stuffed it inside, the mouth suddenly moving?! The statue clamped hard on it, and yet there wasn't any pain, just a soothing feeling. 

[Analyzing Host's Fluid!]

[ERROR! ERROR! ERROR! ERROR!] 

"Sigh, what is it this time? Is it the Qi in my body making it go haywire? Maybe it's the fact that I'm from another world? Maybe a tad too many reincarnations? Or maybe—"

But then he froze, staring at mid-air shocked. 

"You gotta be shitting me! What the fuck?!"

At that moment, in a certain realm void of light, a certain goddess couldn't help but giggle at the ludicrous scene happening before her eyes. 

"Pfft— What's up with this mortal? So Cute~" 

Her long legs swayed with every of his refusals, as giggles escaped her. This was definitely a first! One had to know that the Lust Statues were meant to tempt even the strongest! 

"Interesting, how interesting! Still, it's a shame, truly. Such resolve would have made him a powerhouse anywhere else, but here he's bound to waste away and—"

But that's when it happened…

As the Golden Status box appeared, she lost her cool. A status box… here?! It should only have been active in the Erosia Realm?! Not only that, but it was golden not pink?!

But then she understood it all, her face twisting in shock. T-This mortal was truly insane! How dare he act so cocky with her statue? And why did she find herself grinning so much?! 

This mortal, was interesting! That's when she suddenly grabbed a strand of her own soul, sending it toward a certain lifeless statue. She definitely wanted a front seat to what would follow! 

Back in the mortal world, Gray was bloody trying to negotiate with the statue?! This slutty goddess wanted his first time for peanuts? Not on his watch! Thus he kept glaring at the poor thing. 

"Will you take responsibility? What will you give me in exchange?" 

What would she give? The statue seemed as puzzled as distressed, its wet and thirsty mouth opening and closing non-stop with shock. When had a human ever been so troublesome?! 

But a flash of pink light later the dilemma got resolved...

Seeing this, Gray chuckled. So S-Rank was the max, eh? He could definitely see how much the statue before him was at her limit. She shivered all over, wet with expectation. 

Was he imaging it or did she almost seem alive? Oh well, whatever.
