Chapter 11:

Adrian slowly sheathed Tsukuyomi, his demeanor calm yet watchful. "I'm surprised you didn't leave with the rest of them, Sigfred."

"I have my reasons," Camron replied evenly, meeting Adrian's gaze without flinching.

Adrian raised an eyebrow, curiosity flickering in his crimson eyes. "Reasons? Do enlighten me."

Camron remained silent for a moment, then with a flick of his wrist, summoned a chair made of gold behind him. He sat down gracefully, exuding an air of confidence and composure.

"You have grown cocky, Adrian."

"Really? How so?"

"It seems you have forgotten the reach of the Chaos Insurgency."

"Forgotten? No, I am quite aware. But the question for you is, do you really underestimate me that much?" Adrian's voice held a hint of challenge.

As Adrian spoke, the room darkened around them, his red eyes glowing intensely. The atmosphere shifted, transporting them into a void-like space. Adrian snapped his fingers, and a chair materialized behind Camron.

"Do take a seat."

Camron glanced at the chair, then back at Adrian before sitting down, maintaining his composure. He scanned their surroundings cautiously.

"If you're looking for the Outers, they are not here—well, all but one."

Adrian gestured to their left, and Camron's gaze followed. There, a massive being of incomprehensible size loomed, its form defying all logic and sense. The sheer presence of the entity overwhelmed Camron's senses, cracking his mental fortitude.

"What... what is that?" Camron's voice trembled with fear.

"You know exactly what that is. But allow me to jog your memory," Adrian said calmly. "He goes by many names. The blind idiot god, the sleeping Chaos, the Primordial Demiurge. But everyone else would know him as..."

"Azathoth," Camron whispered, the name barely escaping his lips.

Adrian nodded slowly. "Yes, Azathoth. The heart of the void, the center of all chaos, and one of my creations."

Camron's eyes widened in disbelief and horror. "You... you created that?"

"Well, yeah," Adrian admitted nonchalantly. "Azathoth and the other eldritch beings did not exist before I created them. Believe me, I checked."

Camron struggled to comprehend the enormity of Adrian's revelation. "But... why? Why would you create something so... monstrous?"

Adrian shrugged casually. "Two reasons, neither of which you're going to like. First, I was around 10 years old when I did this. Second, I loved H.P. Lovecraft's works. Honestly."

Camron attempted to process the information, his mind reeling. "How could you create something so powerful at such a young age?"

"Complete Arsenal, remember?" Adrian smirked. "Creating eldritch beings was just one of the many things I could do. Give a kid ultimate power, and watch how fast things get out of hand."

Taking a deep breath, Camron tried to regain his composure. "And what now? What do you plan to do with all this power, Adrian?"

"Nothing, if you all leave me alone," Adrian replied bluntly.

Camron's expression shifted, torn between relief and suspicion. "You expect us to believe that?"

"I don't care what you believe, honestly," Adrian said dismissively. "As long as you leave me and Sigurrós alone, you won't hear from me again. That's it."

"...I'll pass your message along," Camron responded tersely.

"Wonderful, oh, and if any Chaos Insurgency, Foundation, or any group of interest agents appear at my house well.."

Multiple eyes open behind him. Adrian smirked, his expression darkening as multiple eyes opened behind him, each one glowing with an ominous crimson light.

"Let's just say they won't be leaving," Adrian said casually, his voice carrying an edge of warning.

"Understood," Camron replied tersely.

"Good. Now, be on your way," Adrian said, waving his hand casually.

With a gesture from Camron, he vanished from the void space. Adrian turned his attention to the massive being behind him.

"Hello, Shub-Niggurath. What are you doing here?"

"dnhsaksmcjn."

"Please speak in English. Not in the mood for Outer god talk right now."

"Hello, great-grandfather," the creature spoke, its voice echoing through the void.
