Chapter 28 1V3 Is Unstoppable! Kahn Was Stunned!

Cologne vs. Union Berlin, the first half ended with a 1:1 draw.

During halftime, the game was analyzed in the ZDF studio. Commentator Sauer focused on the tactical game played by the coaches and praised Su Luo's performance.

"In this game, we saw strategic arrangements from both sides at the start," Sauer began. "Cologne excels in possession and attack, maintaining over 60% possession in the first 10 rounds of the Bundesliga this season and averaging more than two goals per game."

"Union Berlin, on the other hand, is a counter-attacking team, adept at pressing the entire pitch and occasionally using high-press tactics. Their offense has been weak this season, but after discovering Su Luo from the youth team, their scoring has improved."

"Union Berlin attempted a surprise attack at the start. Neuhaus must have planned this for a while. Storger, however, chose to defend initially and scored through a counterattack."

"The biggest surprise was Su Luo. Even when disadvantaged in physical confrontations, he bravely faced them and successfully scored."

"Oliver, what do you think?" Sauer asked the guest commentator, Oliver Kahn, the legendary "Lion King" who led Germany to the 2002 World Cup final and is now a Bundesliga commentator.

"Su is really eye-catching. His goal was exceptional. Under pressure from the defender, it's difficult for ordinary forwards to complete such a precise and decisive shot into the top corner. His talent is extraordinary," Kahn praised.

"Okay, the second half is about to start. Let's look forward to the performances of both sides."

...

Entering the second half, the game shifted to Cologne's rhythm. Storger realized that playing defensively created opportunities for Union Berlin and allowed Su Luo to freely threaten in the frontcourt. Therefore, Cologne decided to maintain possession and push the attack into Union Berlin's half.

Union Berlin felt the pressure from the top team, facing continuous threats in front of their penalty area.

"Ujah, catches the ball and breaks through, shoots with his left foot... blocked by the defender!"

"Cologne launches another offensive, lofting the ball into the penalty area at a 45-degree angle!"

"Héctor!! Header!"

"Union Berlin keeper Haas makes a great save! Cologne gets another corner!"

"The ball goes to the back post! Poldi!! Just wide!"

"This period has been turbulent for Union Berlin, with Cologne's offense coming in waves."

"The home fans are loud and applauding their team's excellent attack."

"At this rate, it seems only a matter of time before Cologne scores."

In a hospital ward, Bud and Mr. Lehmann stared nervously at the screen. Even when the nurse came to change Lehmann's IV, he didn't take his eyes off the game.

"How are we doing?" the young nurse, also a Union Berlin fan, asked.

"It's not looking good. We can't even get past halftime," Bud frowned. "I hope Su can find a chance."

The nurse smiled sweetly, "He? He's invisible right now; no one can see him."

Bud curled his lips. Although he recognized Su Luo's talent, he had previously looked down on him and felt embarrassed to praise him now.

Mr. Lehmann raised his unpricked left hand and slapped Bud on the back of the head. "How can you say that about our own player?"

"Aren't those wealthy superstars criticized by their own fans too?" Bud retorted.

"Are we a wealthy family? Don't be so hard on me," Lehmann wanted to hit him again, but the nurse hurriedly stopped him.

"Okay, okay, Papa Lehmann, let's watch the game. Don't get mad."

"Hmph, it's maddening to see him," Lehmann grumbled.

Bud hid in the bed next to him, watching the game with aggrieved eyes. Little Anya and Josephine stared at the screen nervously, like all Union Berlin fans, fearing every Cologne attack.

"What do we do... I feel like I can't breathe," Anya clutched her chest nervously. "Can we still score, big brother?"

As if telepathically, the director showed a close-up of Su Luo. His young, handsome face captivated many female fans. He deeply observed the field, looking for a way to break the game.

Su Luo was indeed trying to find a way to help his team. They needed threatening counterattacks to make Cologne cautious.

"Simon, find an opportunity to pass the ball to me. Just go straight forward without hesitation," Su Luo instructed his striker partner, Simon Terodde.

"Can you do it? Are you strong enough?" Simon asked.

"Don't worry, I'm fine," Su Luo reassured. Despite the heavy physical toll, he gritted his teeth and persisted. Whether embodying "Da Luo" or "Haaland," he still had 10 minutes of total possession time and needed to use it wisely.

Seeing the game reach the 60-minute mark, Su Luo sought a way to re-enter his possessed state.

"Okay, don't worry. I'll get the ball to you if I have a chance," Simon nodded. Although he struggled with shooting, Su Luo's incredible efficiency meant he had taken over the scoring duties, allowing Simon to focus on tactical support.

Finally, when the game reached the 70th minute, Union Berlin regained possession. After the goalkeeper grabbed the ball, he kicked it long.

Simon, standing tall at 192 cm, leapt high in the midfield and headed the ball to captain Matuschka, who passed it back to Simon. As Cologne's defenders returned to their positions, Simon gritted his teeth and sent a through ball behind the defenders.

"Union Berlin's chance! They played it simple, looking for the space in front of Su Luo!"

"But Trod passed it too hastily, and Su Luo is behind... Eh? His speed is incredible!"

Commentator Sauer watched as Su Luo, initially trailing, surged forward, outpacing defender Mario.

Mario, panicked, tried to push him down, even risking a yellow card. But Su Luo didn't budge, advancing and leaving Mario behind!

On the other side, midfielder Rahman chased back and made a desperate sliding tackle in front of the penalty area, determined to stop Su Luo.

"It's over!"

"Danger!"

"Hmph, it's gone," Cologne coach Storger smirked.

But in the next second, his smile froze. Su Luo defied physical inertia, braking in time during his high-speed run. With nimble footwork, he turned and evaded Rahman's tackle.

Then, Su Luo stepped over the ball twice before flicking it to the right and quickly pulling it back with a deft backheel!

Everything happened so fast! Everyone's eyes were dazed as central defender Weimer was left sprawling on the ground.

Su Luo took advantage, breaking into the penalty area and easily slotting the ball into the net!

"Goooooooal!!"

"Three defenders beaten in a row! The young Chinese player is unstoppable!"

"Union Berlin leads 2:1!"
