Chapter 114 Su Luo Kicked Guardiola Out Of Class!

In the nightclub, a few big men surrounded the girls, causing trouble.

Su Luo initially came over just to see what was happening. He didn't expect to find Erica among the girls involved!

Now Su Luo had to step in.

He moved forward resolutely and stood protectively in front of the girls, looking indifferently at the burly men.

"What's going on here?" he asked.

"Who are you? Mind your own business!" the bald man in charge said viciously. "She stole my money, and I want to search her!"

He pointed to the tall, beautiful woman next to Erica, who was wearing suspenders and hot pants, making it clear there was nowhere to hide anything.

"If you're so sure, call the police and check the surveillance. Why bother a woman here?" Su Luo retorted, narrowing his eyes.

"You think you're so tough..." The bald man started, but his companion stopped him. They noticed Union Berlin players standing behind Su Luo, all of them looking ready for a fight.

"Hmph, forget it," the bald man said, trying to back down. "Apologize to her!"

As the big man attempted to leave, Su Luo stopped him. Reluctantly, the man bowed and apologized to Erica and her friends before leaving in defeat. Despite not fearing the crowd, he sensed a terrifying aura from Su Luo and decided not to push his luck.

With the situation defused, Su Luo invited Erica and the others to join him in the VIP booth. The crowd dispersed, and the music and dancing resumed.

"How did you end up here?" Su Luo asked Erica, taking her aside.

"We came to Berlin to have some fun and didn't want to bother you, knowing you were playing Bayern recently. That was an amazing win," Erica said, impressed by Union Berlin's strength.

"It's just another Bundesliga match, nothing special," Su Luo said, trying to downplay it.

Erica glanced at him playfully and then turned serious. "Thanks for your help today. I just wanted to relax with my friends after training, but I didn't expect something like this to happen."

"Is your friend okay?" Su Luo asked.

"She's fine, just a bit shaken," Erica replied. "It was a scary experience."

Su Luo nodded. "That's good."

As he looked at the young and beautiful Erica, he couldn't help but remember the time they spent together at the Capital Hotel.

"What are your plans for tonight?" he asked.

"Nothing much. We were just planning to dance a bit and then head back to the hotel," Erica replied, looking at Su Luo with burning eyes.

"Then, let me take you back. There are a lot of shady people out there," Su Luo suggested.

"Okay," Erica agreed.

They shared a knowing look, got up, and left the table quietly. Erica's track and field teammates were busy chatting with Su Luo's teammates and didn't notice them slipping away. Only Quining, seeing them leave, smiled meaningfully.

"As expected of the captain, hooking up so quickly! Less than a minute!" he murmured.

The next day, Su Luo drove his Aston Martin Vulcan to the training base. Quining, who had just parked his car, greeted him.

"Morning, Christo," Su Luo said.

"Morning, Su... By the way, Captain, you're amazing! I really admire you!" Quining replied, patting Su Luo on the shoulder and winking before heading to the training ground.

Su Luo was puzzled. "What's up with him?" he wondered.

He thought the previous night's incident was over, but that afternoon, "Bild" reported the nightclub incident vividly, complete with photos!

The headline read: "Hero Saves Beauty! Union Berlin Captain Shows Gentlemanly Demeanor, Helps Beauties in Nightclub."

"The hero saves the beauty! The captain of Union Berlin shows his gentlemanly demeanor, and the nightclub helps the beauties out of the siege."

"Just won a big victory over Bayern and was favored by beautiful women in nightclubs, Su Luo's happy day!"

"German women's track and field players are under siege, the Bundesliga Golden Boot helps rescue!"

"Bild reported that last night Su Luo led the team to a 7-0 victory over Bayern at home, creating the largest point difference between the two teams. Su Luo played a hero to save the United States that night. He played a hero all day long!"

"The 17-year-old German sprinter Erica Schmidt encountered a storm in the Lin Ye store in Berlin and was besieged by many provocative men."

"Su Luo acted in time to resolve the conflict and took the initiative to lead Erica Schmidt to her VIP box area, showing a gentleman's behavior."

"It is worth mentioning that Erica Schmidt already has 600,000 fans on Instagram, and the number is still rising. She is known as the most beautiful female athlete in the world. This year, she joined the German sprint team. There is no public boyfriend yet..."

Even formal news media such as "Munich Evening News," "Berlin Post," and "Berlin Evening News" covered the story. The "Sun" in the UK also jumped on the gossip, eager to dig up more details.

For most people, Union Berlin's 7-0 victory over Bayern wasn't as attention-grabbing as the gossip news.

Su Luo generally ignored such news, but he found out this time because Josephine threw the phone at his face.

After half a day of training, Su Luo returned to his mansion, only to find Josephine at the door, pouting and holding up her phone.

Su Luo's heart skipped a beat, but he calmly changed his shoes and pulled Josephine into his arms.

"It's just a small effort to help out. There's nothing between us," Su Luo assured her.

"But in the photo, the way you two are looking at each other isn't right," Josephine said, her woman's intuition kicking in.

"After all, I did save her. Have you ever heard of the suspension bridge effect?" Su Luo explained.

"What?" Josephine looked confused.

"Scientists found that after experiencing dangerous events, people can mistake nervousness for attraction. That's why the old 'hero saves the damsel' story works. Maybe after calming down, neither of us will feel anything," Su Luo said seriously.

"But you came back so late last night," Josephine said, still feeling uneasy.

Su Luo hugged her and kissed her lightly. "I was celebrating with the team. Scoring seven goals against Bayern was our first such victory. We had to enjoy it."

Fortunately, Su Luo only scored twice yesterday, avoiding a bigger spotlight.

Josephine finally softened and decided not to dwell on the matter anymore. Su Luo felt guilty, knowing she was his real girlfriend and had been through a lot with him.

To make it up to her, he decided to be extra attentive. "Hey, we should go shopping today!"

"You... okay," Josephine agreed, her initial reluctance melting away.

Exercising more is good for your physical and mental health, Su Luo thought as they spent the day together.

Meanwhile, Bundesliga pundits were scrutinizing Guardiola's tactics. According to most professional football media, Union Berlin wasn't yet at the level of Real Madrid or Barcelona. Bayern's strength hadn't declined significantly and they were still one of the top teams in the world.

Therefore, the blame for the 7-0 loss fell squarely on Guardiola. His uncharacteristic defensive tactics in the first half were seen as the main reason for Bayern's defeat.

The "Munich Evening News" stated, "The loss stems from Guardiola's tactical changes. He feared Union Berlin's counterattack and didn't use his usual passing and control. His conservative tactics affected the players' mentality."

"Bayern's confidence was shaken by Union Berlin last season. They no longer have the aura of dominance. Competing for the championship this season seems unlikely."

"Kicker" suggested that Guardiola's mistake was misjudging Su Luo. "All his defensive tactics were based on Su Luo's past abilities. But Su Luo has evolved, becoming a more versatile player, even mastering headers."

"Guardiola's only mistake was underestimating Su Luo's heading ability and Union Berlin's lack of a high center forward. Su Luo's header has become his sharpest weapon. For a constantly evolving striker, Guardiola may be innocent."

Despite the detailed analysis, angry Bayern fans demanded accountability. They couldn't accept the humiliating defeat and needed someone to blame.

"Guardiola dismissed!"

"Guardiola out of Bayern! We don't need pointless passes!"

"Guardiola's flashy football is ruining Bayern Munich!"

With two losses at the start of the season and seven goals conceded, Pep Guardiola was facing a crisis.
