Chapter 24
We arrived in the sea, where I used my creation to create a kingdom of gold. The houses are Greek architecture with marble and gold, the land was filled with fertile soil and fresh water stream that has no bacteria running through it. The land could bear any fruit it requires, and the vast mountains that surround the land and protect it from the sea are filled with riches that would make any kingdom want to attack it. All of this was connected to the main land with a rainbow bridge, my castle in the center was a Victorian style of gold and diamonds of all shapes, sizes and color.
I based it on Asgard of the marvel universe, I should go there sometime but not now. I then turn to the people and said "I have given you shelter, fresh water and a communication that will allow you to listen to me in seconds. Live your life free of any disputes, hate, anger, or evil that is all I ask. There will be military selection in a couple days any man who may want to join the military can join it."
I teleported into my castle and made the first constitution of the kingdom, I will name this kingdom, Celestia. The constitution will be the exact same as the us but there will be a royalty touch as the king is there to make sure the the constitution is followed and has the power of supreme court, president and the house leader and senate leader. The king can make laws but he doesn't and he essentially Manges the noble who are elected by the people. The bill of rights stays the same other than the 10th and 2nd since there are no states nor there are guns.
I also added the 13th and 14th amendments, thus the constitution is over and I have already published it into the citizens home as the entire kingdom has speaker that I could access. I gave them the amendment and their description to the people, these people who have not tasted freedom now do have the power to choose. I also announced that tomorrow is the first election to choose your noble for the next 4 years.

It has been 10 days and kingdom is doing well on its way to becoming one of the top, it is already on the top in terms of military power as the knights have anti magic armor and could fly with wings that expend over there armor. I essentially gave them Aurokinesis, the ability to manipulate gold into anything they want, this could be used to heal, and make swords of of gold.
This is like iron man nanotechnology armor, I made this and gave everyone a immortal body resistant to time but still can be killed if every cell in their body is destroyed. Just out of precautions, I also put a time bomb on everyone this so that they don't rebel and the training of this knights was also over as now they could take on multiple armies without worrying about losing.
As for the economics, the people have well adjusted to working in either the mines, farms or the market. Everything there was perfect and I introduced crypto currency by working with white and Yuki I was able to make identity cards which doubled as a debit card as the kingdom would pay each of its citizens money on the value of their work and also how much they worked as I give the money to the government workers, military men, maids, butlers, and mine workers that then give money to buy products such as cloths, food and ect this gives money to the everyone like in modern times.
For the political, all nobles were elected and we have already passed law on to stop the people from harming each other and also created a new executive branch the police. It was Yuki idea as then we could use the military for what it really is a army, now the police have sliver manipulation instead of gold as they basically have the same training when it comes to fighting and I also added the same enchantments. The only thing different is that they are trained to not kill but subdue the opponents.
on the 5, due to some adventures, the kingdom existence was reveled as they went and described the gold, and riches of this place to the guild. Then the word got out about this, I did not plan to hide it anyway as it is too troublesome. It was not really hard to get to the conclusion that the warrior who defeated an army 5500 and the king of this land that was created out of nowhere was me. Basically everything that happened that was realized to the public such as the constitution, how the land was created, the army strength, the police and finally the election were all out in the open.
This made the population boom as many commoners and slaves wanted to be here for such great benefits. This was a problem for all the kingdom as many were either forced to reform their act to keep the citizens or there would be dire consequence. The tensions were at all time high as the wealth, power, and freedom that my kingdom allowed was too much for other to handle. Today that dam broke as one of the kingdom declared war on us, I released the news and closed the borders. I immediately send my army on the attackers, the warriors used there golden wing, the mages were taught gravity magic. They reached the army in seconds as the war began.
This was not much of a war as I had better trained troops and equipment made up for the few geniuses that were there, I am in the command tent as I got information from my generals. Oh, I introduced communication technology already like with the announcement and all.
"My lord, this is Agodius speaking. The battle ended with a lose of 300 and they other side lost 4,000"
"My lord, this is Elvewix speaking. The battle ended with a lose of 100 and they lost over 5000"

"ok, how many did you soldiers did we lose?" I said annoyed, she is stupid what can I say.
"wait, we are suppose to take troops." she yelled
"Yes, never mind that" I said and continued to everyone "press them forward and try to make the loss of soldiers to the minimum"

The war was over as they surrounded and I took their land and people under my wing as I expanded the bonders and made new cities this time not using my power but the gold and marble my men have been mining. It will finish in a month or so but it is alright, I have established communication on all of the cities and new people joined the army many trying to serve the county but some were spying. They were well mind controlled to do nothing of such sorts, and were given new faces and identities.
For the political side, there were states now thus I added 2 new amendments, the 10th amendment from the u.s constitution and new nobles were elected and given temporary residency in houses meant for nobles who would stay for serious meetings. The other amendments was the amendment of education this required every child to be able to study at the government expenses. Thus there was a public school for every town and kids went to study there until the age of 18 where they could either work or join the army.
The other kingdoms got the information on the power of my army and since then were very off hands with us. They still try but unsuccessful at doing so, then there is Yuki who has taken it to staying home and doing nothing. I got my own aqua on my hand, this.... I don't know how to fell about this. Especially after she proposed to me.
