"Who?" My father, Alpha Sullivan, asked, the smirk still on his face.
There was no way he thought I was buying the story. Seeing his face alone had brought back all the memories of the day before. The shocking thing was why I could not remember before now. He had ordered that something be used on us to make us lose our memories, myself and Finn included.
Besides, he was looking for Jasmine before then and must have figured that he would capture her in school instead of figuring out where she was. Yet, there was the unanswered question of whether he had just randomly guessed the day he decided to come look for her in school or if he received prior information about the day she was going to be in school.
"Do not play the pretense game with me, Alpha Sullivan." The shock on his face about what I called him was enough to fuel the anger I felt.
