"Do you have a list or do we continue just browsing through?"
Killian already stepped forward, not waiting for him. Brandon quickly caught up. "You don't have to do this. I really am grateful for you defending me over there, but you don't have to continue shopping with me."
No answer came from Killian, he kept on moving forward, pulling the trolley with him.
Something that irritated Brandon the most was Killian's ability to not answer whenever he needed to. Whenever he felt like it. It made him feel ignored, and that was one thing he never appreciated in any circumstances.
He pulled out his list, checking through the mix again and started picking out the items to be put into the trolley.
"Have you never shopped for groceries before?" Killian asked, his eyes going over everything he had bought and kept in the trolley.
