Check in - II

By each passing, second, Brandon felt his eyes getting droopy. He straightened his posture, deciding against sleeping in a hospital, even though there was now someone watching him, standing by his side.

If he had to spend another 10 minutes here, Brandon knew he would end up sleeping and maybe even full face front on the floor.

What is taking him so long? Glanced into the direction of the door that he was supposed to go in. There were three patients in front of him when he had sat down and currently, they are two now. Why was the doctor taking so long? All he had to do was check the patient and then move forward to check with the other one. It was not that big.

A hand touched his shoulder and Brandon jerked to a standing position, turning around to see who it was.

Killian stood with his hands slightly up in the air as if he was yet to put it down, surprised by the way Brandon had behaved.
