Brothers Fight

Chapter Sixty-Nine: Brothers Fight

When Layla saw Aleksandra boiling, she simply walked away with Nephis. "I mean, I get her. Sir Zenith is really hot and can be nice, right?"

Nephis didn't agree so didn't make any reaction. Layla continued anyway as they walked to the exit. "But Sir Zenith is a teacher and she's a student. He's also The Mage. He would never see her that way."

The last part was what Nephis agreed on and she gave a nod. They sighted their teacher at a stall and before Nephis could blink, Layla had rushed to him.

Zenith scrutinized the dish laid in front of him, that was clearly not bread but the stall owner offered it to him with a bright smile so he didn't want to refuse.

"Ah, pancakes! They're the best!" Layla said when she saw the dish. "Do you want to buy some, sir?"

Nephis frowned a bit, when she saw the pancakes. "Did you now sell these?" she asked the stall owner.
