Way To Go, Wallace

Kace's black eyes tore from the red spots on her skin and bore into her frightened blue ones.

"Was it Derek?" He questioned.

Allison's face went pale when she heard his question. She felt as if her soul had just left her body at the mention of Derek's name.

When she composed herself, she hardened her face. "That's none of your business, Kace. Let me go else I will scream and tell everyone you are sexually harassing me. The ripped shirt is more than enough to prove it," she threatened, silently hoping he would listen to her and let her go because she knew deep inside her, she couldn't make such a false claim.

Kace stared at her for a few seconds. She looked frightened and relieved at the same time which got him confused.

Reluctantly, he let her go.

Immediately, Allison took several steps back.

Luckily for her, the makeup room was large enough, so she was able to create enough space between them.
