Anastasia was outside the restaurant with Julian, waving Xander, Bruce, and Samantha goodbye after the end of their meeting.

"That went well faster than I'd expected," she commented as she watched their cars disappear into the streets. Then she sighed, turning to Julian who'd been quiet since they left the restaurant. "Is something the matter?" She asked.

"It's just shocking how they agreed to collaborate with you so easily. I've known them for the longest time, but I never thought they were so hungry for so much power."

Anastasia smiled. "I guess I was just lucky," she said, but she reminded herself it couldn't have been all about luck. She still needed to be careful around them.

"So I have to wait until they bring the official documents so we can all sign?" She asked and he nodded.

"Yes. There's a trade that will be commencing soon in the city of Fameville…"
