Saving The Girls

Anastasia stood at the entrance of the CCTV room, her heart pounding like a drum in her chest. She clenched her fists, trying to steady her nerves. The dimly lit hallway felt suffocating, and every sound seemed louder than it should have been.

Anastasia's mind wandered back to Xander's look-alike she'd seen just a while ago. Xander had only one lookalike, and that was Xavier. She felt slightly glad that he was there, so their operation was going to be smooth. She hopes.

Her tray was already empty, and she needed to go grab a few more glasses of wine before she brought unnecessary attention to herself.
