Of Stars and Questions

There wasn't one part that wasn't hurting, if she imagined there was no pain in one part it was just because she hadn't realized it yet. Nelly had been working nonstop for the past four days after the funeral, only sustaining her binge with blood from Red and newly added Green.

Green had stepped in when Red had been a bit nauseous from the lack of blood, she had admonished Nelly—but instead of denying her of sustenance—said that she would become Nelly's sustenance in Red's stead. The simplest way someone had been added to her harem of blood. If only all were that easy or had accepted their place.

Nelly stretched herself under the starlight. She was on the top floor of the tower, where part of it was dedicated to a park and stargazing space. It was covered in a cupola of see through material, but there had been no expense spared in creating a material that was almost unnoticeable.
