Guided by the visions that tugged at my consciousness, we pressed on, each step taking us deeper into the heart of the Crystal Caverns.

“Watch your step,” Felix warned, his voice echoing softly. “The ground’s uneven here.”

I nodded, my senses on high alert. “The visions are getting stronger,” I said, glancing back at the group. “We’re on the right path, but we need to stay vigilant. The Ancients didn’t make this easy for a reason.”

Eve moved gracefully beside me, her eyes scanning the surroundings. “What exactly did you see, Alex?”

“Traps, mostly,” I replied. “But also guardians and obstacles meant to test us. We have to be careful.”
