A known rival

"Don't shout if you don't want Uncle Jonathan to come running here," Gabriel murmured as he sat casually on the bed, his eyes playfully looking at her.

Eveline was still trying to grasp his flexibility when she literally ran to see whether he was real.

"Oh, my God, how did you come here so quickly, and you didn't leave. I heard your car leave." Eveline's surprised expression instantly turned serious as she questioned him.

There was no possibility he inherited any mystical abilities to enter her room before she arrived.

"You underestimate me, sweetie. I can do anything for the one I love with my whole heart, and now I want you."

Eveline's lethargy was broken by the sneer on his lips, and she rolled her eyes at him.

"In your dreams." She said as she went away towards the closet.

She hurriedly grabbed a fresh pair of night clothing and walked into the bathroom, where she took a quick shower.
