The intensity of mana, the same amethyst hue as the massive tree, was overwhelming.

Its roots coiled around the roots of all the surrounding trees, consuming life at an alarmingly fast pace.

The countless monsters nearby seemed to have vacant stares, their heads tilted back as they gazed in the direction of the massive tree.

The monsters appeared to be controlled by the enormous tree. The mana surrounding them was flowing in and out of the tree, emanating the same amethyst hue.

Slowly, its roots extended beyond their current reach.

The roots were gradually covering the entire forest, controlling all the monsters within it.
