Susan waited for her employer to sign the document while she stood in front of him. He gave her the file after he was finished.

As soon as she had the file, she said, "Sir, your mom texted you."

He answered. "What did it say?" He persisted in his desktop activity.

He stopped what he was doing and remarked, "She said that you should call her when you're less busy."

"Okay. I will do that before the next meeting. I also need the report for a shipment coming in this week. Tell the marketing department to submit the requested report before leaving this office. Also, tell Alex to speak with the pilot that we are leaving for LA by 2 pm. We might have to stay till tomorrow. We got an emergency over there. You don't mind, do you?"
