Dear Skye
The dinner with Dom was amazing, he was a gentleman and I felt free with him. The stress of the last few weeks melted, I got fed. The meal was not res food the difference between a mass production and individually produced meals. I had pasta and a chocolate cake slice for supper 'you wanted the whole cake admit it'. Ok maybe I wanted to kidnap the person who made the cake and ... I would rather not fill the rest out. Dom had a burger and ice cream for supper predictable. This guy also said I had unhealthy meal options. This is a meal he could get at res maybe the patty maybe frozen and ready made. Anyway he got me back on time and I almost told him the truth. What I can't figure out is why he is overly nice? If he was this nice to a few of us then I would think that he was nice to his friends. Then he is nice to me and spoils me, he have chats and share intimate thought. When we got back to the res we sat in his car and had a deep conversation. Too heavy for someone trying to escape her problems. Now I must go back to real life.
Love
Skylar
I knock on his door this is the third day I came with a note to slide under his door. The gate man is getting tired of seeing me and I can't come up with enough excuses for what I want in this complex. After 20 minutes, I slide the note under the door I would tape it to the door but there are other people who live here too I don't trust them. I left a letter in his mail box after the security guard told me hoe the mailboxes are connected to each apartment. I hate this right now, I return to the guard house and bid him fair well.
Skylar sighed as she walked away from Gabriel's apartment building. The weight of uncertainty pressed heavily on her shoulders, and she couldn't shake the feeling of helplessness that consumed her. She had done everything she could think of to reach out to Gabriel, but he remained elusive, leaving her with more questions than answers.
As she made her way back to her dormitory, Skylar's mind raced with thoughts of what her next steps should be. She knew she couldn't delay any longer in addressing the pregnancy, but without Gabriel's cooperation, she felt lost.
Back in her room, Skylar sat at her desk, staring blankly at her laptop screen. She needed a plan, a way forward that didn't rely on Gabriel's involvement. Taking a deep breath, she opened her web browser and began researching her options.
Hours passed as Skylar delved into articles and forums, seeking guidance from others who had faced similar situations. She read about the process of adoption, the various types of abortion procedures, and the challenges of single parenthood. Each option seemed daunting in its own way, but Skylar knew she couldn't avoid making a decision any longer.
Finally, after much deliberation, Skylar decided to schedule an appointment with a counselor at the university's health center. She needed someone impartial to talk to, someone who could help her sort through her emotions and weigh the pros and cons of each choice.
The next day, Skylar arrived at the health center with a mix of nerves and determination. As she waited for her appointment, she couldn't shake the feeling of being alone in this decision. She wished Gabriel were there beside her, offering support and reassurance, but she knew she couldn't rely on him.
When her name was called, Skylar took a deep breath and entered the counselor's office. She poured out her heart, sharing her fears, doubts, and hopes for the future. The counselor listened patiently, offering empathy and understanding as Skylar navigated the complexities of her situation.
By the end of the session, Skylar felt a sense of clarity she hadn't experienced since discovering her pregnancy. She knew what she had to do, and she felt ready to face whatever lay ahead.
Armed with newfound resolve, Skylar left the health center with a plan in mind. She would take things one step at a time, seeking support from friends, family, and professionals as she navigated the journey ahead. And while she still wished Gabriel were part of that journey, she knew she had the strength and resilience to face it alone if necessary.
As Skylar walked back to her dormitory, she felt a glimmer of hope amidst the uncertainty. Whatever the future held, she was determined to face it head-on, knowing that she wasn't alone in her struggles. And with that thought in mind, she took her first steps towards embracing the challenges and opportunities that lay ahead.
