Aron opened his eyes in the cryo chamber and first thing he was looking at was a black screen with white letters.

At this point Aron was fully awake and trying to get out of the cryo chamber. To his surprise he was not able to move any part of his body.

At this point Aron did get a mega headache

. Aron couldn't even think anymore. After 5 minutes he passed out due to the pain he felt.

10 minutes later he opened his eyes again, to his surprise he still only saw a black screen.

This is a big update Aron thought. To his surprise the system did give him an answer.

Darn, stupid dad. So he did create this system. Why not install it fully before we left earth.

After this his black screen closed and he could see only some contours of the cryo chamber.

How can I leave this darn cryo chamber.

A small black screen popped up in the left upper corner of his view.

After that Aron was already getting angry at his dad for giving him this useless system comments on what it seems like everything.

Was he surprised that he did get a system hell no!

Still he was thinking of leaving the cryo chamber and he noticed some noise outside of his chamber. To his surprise the door opened and one of the robot's was standing in front of him.

Hello, master what can I do for you? Robot 458 said.

On his way towards the gym Aron saw all the robot's still working after 300 years. When he arrived at the gym he was having a hard time about what to do next. Aron never went to a gym and didn't know where to start.

After 5 minutes of rooted on the same spot a robot spoke to him: need any help starting?

If so enter you Username in the computer over there in the left corner. It will give you a trainings quest.

Oke thanks. Aron replied and started walking towards the corner entered his username. At this point he noticed his system and the gym system where almost identical.

On the screen he could select the following quests.

{Strength quest, difficulty 2}

...

{Strength quest, difficulty 20}

After checking the next page the following was on display:

{Agility quest, difficulty 1}

{Agility quest, difficulty 2}

....

{Agility quest, difficulty 20}

On the next page it was stamina as quest.

Aron didn't think just took of all 3 the level 1 quest.

Once again a screen popped up.

[New quests: (Strength quest, difficulty 1, 10 push-ups +10 pull-ups + 10 sit-ups)

Oke strength and stamina quest should be fine but what about the agility quest.
