"Ye Tian!"

Hang Dong shouted Ye Tian's name when he saw him on the ground floor of the Commerce Alliance .

Ye Tian stopped and turned back to see who it was .

"You have literally vanished since we last met at the Martial Arts Library. Where are you wandering around these days?"

Bai Feng asked Ye Tian when he and Hang Dong met him.

"Nothing. I am just trying to earn some points. What about you guys?"

"Oh , we were also trying to earn some points by doing some tasks given by the academy. We weren't allowed to go out in the wilderness before, but twenty days ago, the one month restriction period was over, so we have been doing the same as you since that day." Bai Feng replied.

"Hey, Ye Tian, you didn't take a single mission from the academy, right? "

"I know you won't do that. You must have been killing monsters from the first day you left the academy. How many points have you earned till now?"Hang Dong asked.

"Not much, just some thousands."Ye Tian said smilingly.

"It seems you had a good harvest. With your strength, you should have earned around 2000-3000 points."

"I know that no one can catch up with you, but we are not lagging behind either. You know, on our first mission, we were teamed up with Chu Zhou and Tatsuya. We all earned around 1000 points doing the missions, and to be honest, we got more points completing those missions compared to what we have earned by killing monsters."

"Many students have continued doing those tasks because they realised that it's more benefitting. Why don't you give it a try? These missions are basically escorting people, resources, catching criminals etc . "

Hang Dong suggested Ye Tian to take the tasks from the academy as those were more easy to complete and high returning at the same time.

He was indeed correct about this because bodies of rank 3 monsters were not that high priced . Ye Tian was able to earn big because he was able to kill rank 4 monsters with ease.

"Nah, I will just stick with what I have been doing. Those tasks are too time consuming for me." Ye Tian denied .

"Yeah? You don't want to? Okay. It's your wish anyway."

" Where are you off to now ? If you are going to continue hunting, you can join us. We are headed to a stronghold where only rank 3 peak stage monsters are. " Hang Dong put his thoughts to Ye Tian to team up with them.

" You guys should go. I am already hunting somewhere and there are many things left to do there." Ye Tian declined their offer.

"Okay... It's fine. " Hang Dong expected that it would be like this, so he didn't say much.

"Which stronghold are you headed to?" Bai Feng asked out of curiosity.

"The Ursidae Stronghold."Ye Tian answered.

"Oh, the Ursidae Stronghold? Okay. If there is any help you need, you can call us anytime. We will be there ASAP."

"Yeah, will do. Goodbye,then." Ye Tian turned around and left.

"Hang Dong , let's go. Chu Zhou and Tatsuya must be waiting for us."

"Yeah, we forgot about them."

Bai Feng and Hang Dong hurried up outside as they were late .

After a few seconds, they arrived at a place where two people were sitting inside an armored car. Obviously, they were Chu Zhou and Tatsuya.

"Where were you busy? Let's go." Chu Zhou started the car while saying Bai Feng and Hang Dong to hop on.

Soon, Bai Feng and Hang got on the back seat .

"We stumbled upon a friend on our way . He is also fighting in the strongholds these days. " Hang Dong explained the reason why they were late.

"Oh, a friend? Then he must be good. There are not many of us who have entered the wilderness, those who have are all looking for battle practice. "

"Which stronghold is he in ?" Tatsuya speculated that this friend must be strong like them that he dared to venture in the wilderness.

"The Ursidae Stronghold." Bai Feng replied.

"Huh? The Ursidae Stronghold? Is your friend a second year student?"

" Or is he a third year student? That stronghold is a Warrior Level stronghold full of bear species, so only second and third year students go there . "Chu Zhou exclaimed when he heard Bai Feng say the 'Ursidae Stronghold'.

"What!!!!"

"That stronghold is a Warrior Level stronghold?!!" Hang Dong blurted out in shock .

"What? You didn't know? " Ch Zhou was surprised by Hang Dong's reaction.

"No, we were aware of it being a Warrior Level stronghold but not about the species of bears. Hang Dong was shocked because he is afraid of them." Bai Feng didn't want to tell that their friend is a freshman student just like them, so he lied.

"You can ask for help if we face any danger in the future." Tatsuya was happy after learning that their friend is a senior student at the academy.

Hang Dong was looking at Bai Feng as if he was not able to control himself from expressing his inner thoughts.

" Jesus Christ, has he gone insane now? That's a Warrior Level stronghold, even a Rank 6 has to be careful there. Isn't he looking for death by going alone?"

Hang Dong whispered near Bai Feng's ears.

"I already consider him as anomaly. You should do the same. Nothing is a given fact if it's about him. " Bai Feng acted like he has decoded the divine truth .

Hang Dong didn't speak further and gazed outside thinking within

'I just hope that he will be safe.'

The Ursidae Stronghold, Outer Area.

Ye Tian parked his car after arriving at the Ursidae Stronghold's outer area, the same as usual.

He went straight to the area where he crossed his path with those Crayl Grizzly bears.

" I saw a cave around here somewhere. Those bears must be residing in there. I didn't go in previous time because I was somewhat worried that I might get surrounded by a bunch of rank 4 peak stage beasts and would not be able to defend against them. "

"But now I know that I can kill them even if I am outnumbered. "

Ye Tian began searching for the cave which he predicted to be the hiding place of the Crayl Grizzly bears.

"Found it! Let's go!" A few moments later, Ye Tian successfully found the cave and entered in .

There was complete darkness inside the cave. He took his every step without making a sound. He closed his eyes so that he could heighten his hearing sense .

Minutes went by, but he didn't see a single monster there . He didn't give up and continued walking inside. The darkness and the complete silence started bugging him a little.

He took each step with caution,the same as usual. Very soon, he became delighted when he saw the darkness fading away.
